If you’ve noticed a leak, snap a few clear photos (rust, puddle, etc.) and send them through with a short description of the issue. In many cases, we can provide a free quote based on that info or over the phone, without visiting your home.

Onsite quote (if needed)

If the issue isn’t clear from photos or needs a closer inspection, we’ll organise a site visit (with call out fee). We’ll assess the system, explain what’s happening, and give you a clear, no-obligation quote before starting any work.

We get it sorted

Once you give us the go-ahead and we’ve found a time that works for you, we’ll do what needs to be done such as reseating or changing the fittings and replacing washers. We work quickly, cleanly, and always keep you in the loop.
