If you’ve noticed an issue with your hot water system, snap a few clear photos (leak, rust, error light, etc.) and send them through with a short description of the issue. In many cases, we can provide a free quote based on that info or over the phone, without visiting your home.

Onsite quote (if needed)

If the issue isn’t clear from photos or needs a closer inspection, we’ll organise a site visit (with call out fee). We’ll assess the system, explain what’s happening, and give you a clear, no-obligation quote before starting any work.

Once you give us the go-ahead and we’ve found a time that works for you, we’ll repair the issue or replace your system, whichever makes the most sense. We work quickly, cleanly, and always keep you in the loop.
